Services
While I am a programmer by trade creating custom software and web applications, I also provide many
valuable services to my existing clients including virus removal, spam
filtering, network design, router configuration, firewall setup, domain
registration, web hosting, and web based e-mail.
Often times I am called in to clean up messes made by other professionals,
including fixing broken code, exterminating software bugs,
and reconfiguring networks, as well as adding new features
to existing software.
About Me
At age 9, my father introduced my to the world of programming starting with
Basic on an Atari 800 XL. I was in the third graduating class of the
Troy Tech Magnet Program
at Troy High School in
Fullerton, CA where I first learned advanced programming languages including spending
a lot of my free time modifying the WWIV BBS Software
in C. By the time I graduated one year early from the Rochester
Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, I already had spent countless hours
programming on my own.
I've spent the past decade developing solutions for small to medium size businesses as
well as pursuing my own projects with various busines partners, including writing a
full-fledged Restaurant Point-of-Sale system that is currently running in at least
40 restaurants including a number of Oggi's Pizza & Brewing Company and
Zoe's Kitchen locations. It has also been used at the SkiDazzle
ski shows the past few years where it handles thousands of sales per day.
I've always worked on my own projects independently, like my Photo Gallery
for my wife and I, but also ended up making the family blog software I created able to handle
other families at MyFamBlog.com. I've opened it up
to allow people to create blogs for their own family with all of the features I already had
provided for my own family.
In January of 2006, I relocated to Albuquerque, NM,
but I still travel to Southern California and continue to work with existing
clients there. I am a partner in several businesses and continue to innovate.
I am heavily experienced in all of Microsoft's relevant platforms and keep up to
date based on my clients' needs. I also have a network of other
business professionals to
tap when there is a need.
